Bedford’s cost segregation practice was established in 2002 to satisfy the growing need for a national firm that could provide high quality cost segregation services. Inevitably, as our reputation grew so did the demand for our services.

We have completed over 7,000 cost segregation studies, and continue to expand and enhance our services to meet the needs of taxpayers throughout the life cycle of real estate. Our complementary services solutions include:

  • Cost Segregation – Tax deduction for properties constructed, acquired, or renovated as far back as 1987.
  • EPAct/179D – Tax deduction for commercial properties built or retrofitted from 2006-2013.
  • Asset Management – Determines individual costs of assets that may be retired as part of renovations.
